Deutsche Bank CEO John Cryan could be replaced by Christian Sewing, German media reports

Capping weeks of rumors about a CEO switch Deutsche Bank said its board would have discussions Sunday about the position. Christian Sewing, a member of the bank's management board, may succeed CEO John Cryan, Handelsblatt and Spiegel Online report.
